HR & Admin Executive (Chinese Speaking)


Job Description : –
☑ Responsible for the efficient administration of the payroll function in a timely and accurate manner, and ensuring compliance with statutory requirements;
☑ Ensuring the optimization of resources in the delivery of its service, including manpower & planning, compensation & benefits, performance management, employee relations, staff welfare and office administration;
☑ Assist in review, develop and implement compensation and benefits program;
☑ Assist HOD in manpower forecast and expansion in collaboration with other HODs in accordance with the business needs;
☑ Assist and manage performance appraisal system and salary review system;
☑ Oversee and manage office administration and any administrative or HR related work as per delegated by the HOD;
☑ Do the other tasks assigned by HOD
